Stating that there will be a send-off ceremony for Kemal Bayazit in front of Istanbul Başkent University Hospital at 10:00 in the morning on Friday and a ceremony at 11:00 in Siyami Ersek Heart Hospital where he worked in his foundation, Kucukaksu noted that Bayazit’s funeral will be buried at Karacaahmet Cemetery after a prayer that will be held at Shakirin Mosque at noon.

WHO IS KEMAL BAYAZIT?

Kemal Bayazit was born on March 11, 1930 in Kahramanmaraş. he graduated from Bursa Boys’ High School in 1947. he graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Medicine in 1954. between Dec962 and 1967, he worked at the Haydarpaşa Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgery Center in Istanbul.

Kemal Bayazit was born in 1963 in the Heydarpasa Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgery Center in Istanbul, Turkey, the son of Prof. He participated in the first open heart surgery in Turkey performed by Siyami Ersek.

Immediately after that, he went to the UK in 1963 and spent a year at the University of the Leads as one of the Doyens of Heart Valve surgery on Earth, Prof.He studied rheumatic heart surgery under Wooler. upon his return to Turkey in 1965, he became the chief of the clinic at the Thoracic Surgery Center. For the first time in Europe and Turkey, he performed prosthetic replacement surgery (Aortic-Mitral-Tricuspid) of three heart valves in one patient in Istanbul for the first time.

He started Coronary Bypass Surgery in Turkey in 1974 and applied it in a refined and serial way in the 1980s to establish and develop “modern coronary bypass” surgery. He performed many surgeries in Cardiac Surgery in Turkey for the first time and performed serial applications.
